Everything looked great and not to worry about looking up directions on how to do anything, if it is your first time, sometimes you need a little help. I've heard about the Pioneer Womans cookbook and glad you found one that you like. I may have to look into her stuff as well! You may have spent an hour getting it done but now you have multiple meals that are ready without much effort and they are good for you because you prepared them with real ingredients! Love, Mom I am so proud, now when do we get to taste it? Now I just wait for the day when someone needs my help! Not really sure about the odds of matching someone, but it's kind of exciting to not know. But I imagine it could be months or years before I matched someone.
